The A7 snack or fries trays, made from unbleached sugarcane, are an excellent alternative to the common plastic trays. In addition to their ecological benefits, they possess unique properties, such as their resistance to deformation when placing fried snacks in them. Furthermore, the bagasse material, known as bagasse, retains heat excellently. The use of sugarcane as a raw material is not only rapidly renewable but also compostable.
In the production of cane sugar, a significant amount of bagasse remains as residual material. Instead of incinerating it, Biofutura now utilizes it as a natural resource for their sugarcane products. Our items meet European composting standards (EN13432), marked with OK compost and seedling logos. The disposable items and packaging are lightweight, durable, and suitable for both hot and cold applications. This material choice not only boasts a natural appearance but also contributes to a cleaner environment for us and future generations.
