The sugarcane snack tray is perfect for packaging medium-sized portions of fries or snacks, such as fried fish with sauce. This eco-friendly alternative to plastic containers has the same shape as the plastic variety, so simply switch to this sustainable option and contribute to a cleaner environment. These fries trays have no coating on the inside.
Cane sugar production produces a lot of excess material, known as "bagasse". Previously this waste material was incinerated, but at Biofutura we now use it as a natural raw material for our sugar cane products. Our sugar cane articles are in accordance with the European standard EN13432 and are therefore industrially compostable and may carry the OK compost and seedling logo. In addition, our products have the HOME-compostable certificate, which means that they can also be broken down on the compost heap at home.
