Signing in to an "old" account on our new website


Unfortunately not all passwords associated to the "old" accounts have survived the migration to our new platform and website.
Before placing your first order on our new website a reset of your password is required.
Please follow the steps beneath to quickly and easily reset your password: 

  1. Click on 'Sign in' at the right top of the website

  2. At Customer Login, click on 'Forgot your password?' 

  3. Enter the email address that is associated to your account at Bio Futura and click on 'Reset my password' 

  4. You’ll receive an email (please also check your spam folder), with which you can reset your password.
    After this you can immediately sign in and order.
