These compostable bowls are bit smaller than regular bowls. Nontheless you can use them for any hot or cold dish such as soups, desserts and breakfast dishes. Our bowls are made from sugarcane fibers making them 100% compostable.
Our compostable bowls are made from sugarcane fibers or bagasse as it is called in the packaging industry. The fibers are a natural waste stream from the production of sugarcane. During this production the sugar-rich juice is extracted and the leftover canes are mashed into a pulp. This pulp is then run into special moulding machines to create our disposable bowls. This way a natural waste stream is used to produce our bowls and making them 100% compostable according to EN-13432.
The bowls can unfortunatly not be printed.
