PLA cups & lids are suitable up to 40 °C and up to -20 °C in the freezer. The cups & lids are water resistant, food safe and 100% compostable. PLA lid flat 96mm Ø with round hole can be used to close PLA cups with a diameter of 96mm. Our biodegradable drinking cups and lids are made from PLA (corn starch) obtained from corn. This fast-growing crop serves as a renewable raw material for the production of our drinking cups and lids. The drinking cups and lids are certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability, and they therefore bear the OK compost and seedling logo.
