During the coming festive season, transport delays could occur. To make sure that you receive your order in time please allow a bit of extra time by placing your orders in advance.

This year again, our customer service will be limited over the winter holidays to allow everyone to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. All orders placed online during this period will be processed normally and will be shipped as usual, only delivery times can be longer.

Note that our warehouse will stop processing orders earlier on the 24th and 31st of December. For more details please see below:

24th of December
Orders placed online before 11 a.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be prepared from December 27th.

31st of December
Orders placed online before 11 a.m. will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be processed from January 4th.

3rd of January
Annual inventory. No order processing. Orders placed on this day will be processed from January 4th.

4th of January
Warehouse and customer service are operating on their regular schedule: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The processing of orders placed between December 31st and January 3rd will begin, order processing delays of 1-2 working days are possible.
