Delivery delays may occur during the holidays. To ensure that you receive your delivery on time, we, therefore, ask you to take this busy period into account when ordering and to know there is a possible longer shipment.

Our customer service is also available during the holidays. All orders placed online during this period will of course be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Experience shows that delivery times can be longer due to the usually high number of packages. 

Between December 23rd 2022 and January 2nd 2023, our delivery lead time can be longer by 1-2 working days than usual.
