The cutlery in our range of products is available in two different materials. We offer cutlery made of wood or made of heat-resistant bioplastic called CPLA. Next to the standard forks, knives and spoons, we also offer cutlery sets.

The two materials are both made of biodegradable and compostable material but have a different look and feel. The wooden cutlery fits really well with outdoor events and is a great combination with our palmleaf tableware. The wooden spoon is not suitable to use for soup but works really good with curry dishes or just rice. Our wooden cutlery is made of untreated birchwood and only available in its natural colour. The CPLA cutlery is available in black or white and is a perfect fit to our sugar cane plates and bowls. This bioplastic cutlery is heat-resistant and the spoons can be used for soup. The material is very strong which makes them useable for dishes with meat as well.

We also offer other types of cutlery such as chip forks, chopsticks, skewers or ice cream spoons. The chip forks are made from wood and can be bought in two different sizes. The skewers and the chopsticks are made of bamboo, a strong material and a fast growing type of grass. Our ice cream spoons are a sustainable solution for ice cream, yogurt or tastings. They come in plain white or a mix of different colours. Unlike the CPLA cutlery, these small spoons are not heat-resistant and can be used with cold dishes only.

All our cutlery is biodegradable and made of renewable resources. The bioplastic cutlery is certified compostable in an industrial installation. The wooden cutlery is FSC® certified, which means the wood comes from sustainable forestry.
